You seldom see any advertiser claiming to learn from another company in its public advertising. From this point of view, auto sales company Huatai Hyundai will be a pioneer. In today's Economic Observer (a weekly newspaper), they claim they are learning from Haier's customer service model. Haier is perhaps most successful home-grown brand, most famous in China for their washing machines and other home appliances.
Headline: Learn Haier service model - accompanying you all the way. In the body copy, they tell you that their service includes a 24 hour free hotline and a 2 years or 100,000 km guarantee. Huatai's website is here. - Ben Marcom |
