The good book of real estate

This full-page ad from today's Beijing Youth Daily is for China Marquis Mansion, a new development near the west fourth-ring road. The development's slogan is "New Architectural Confucianism" (建筑新儒学); the books, landscape, and ruyi (the tasseled good luck charm) do lend something of a scholarly feel to the ad.

Oddly, the book's actually a Bible, a parallel AV/RV edition, opened to Psalm 80 (see a detailed image; the text was blurred out in the original ad).

What would the guoxue revivalists think?
