VOA's Mandarin-language service seeks researcher

The Voice of America's Chinese-language bureau in Beijing seeks a part-time researcher/news assistant. Responsibilities include finding story ideas and researching them independently, contacting sources and conducting interviews. The position requires reading and spoken fluency in English and Chinese, as well as familiarity with current news topics in mainland China and a good sense for what makes news.
