Is Baidu saying Taiwan is not a Chinese province?

Google's been in trouble lately, first for listing "Taiwan, Province of China" on its maps service, thereby bullying Taiwan, and then for removing the designation, supporting splittist activities.

So what about Baidu? Can it get away with a province-free "Taiwan" label?
