The link to the survey does not appear in the text in Firefox (at least it doesn't on my PC) but is OK with IE.

Having just written the above and tried the link in IE the response is:
"This survey is currently closed. Please contact the author of this survey for further assistance."

Phil: Thanks for the note. We've upped the response limit so the poll should be working again. As for the Firefox issue, I've got no problems with my installation - do you have some sort of ad-blocking plug-in that might be deleting the link?

Completed the poll and yes, the ad-blocking plug-in Stylish was causing the problem
