Comments on Aftershock in Beijing
Perhaps, out of respect for the dead in Sichuan, you might want to not feature an article related to the tragedy on your SEXY Beijing video? It is pretty galling, actually---what does "sexy" have to do with tens of thousands who lost their lives.
Sinasource:
You really do have too much time on your hands.
This is to be expected. After all, yours is the same website that told its readers shortly after the earthquake that they should not worry as the ingredients for Sichuan food were still arriving in Beijing from an adjoining province.
Your sensitivity is striking.
SinaSource, SexyBeijing is an "Internet TV station" (according to their website copy) that has produced programming on a wide variety of subject matter. This particular episode doesn't seem to me like it's trying to sex up the earthquake in any way. Are you really saying that the program's name should prevent it from commenting on certain subjects, regardless of the content itself?
The commenter ('Sinasource') meant, 'insensitive,' not 'sensitive.' If you're going to complain in English, learn the language.
Also, most Chinese users wouldn't understand about your name: Just to get attention!
Hutchison might want to learn about the concept of sarcasm.
Yes, I think that the name "Sexy Beijing" is a disservice to Chinese, and is frankly insulting.
