Comments on Psychological relief for earthquake victims

Hi there,

I think some information has been miscommunicated! Hua Dan is assisting in the psychological recovery of those affected by the earthquake in Sichuan through participatory theatre workshops.

We do not provide counseling or psychological therapy - nor are we qualified to! But we do provide inspirational workshops that both heal and empower people.

Thanks Peta, but what is 'assisting in psychological recovery' if not counseling or therapy?

Anyhow, I have changed the description of the video above.

Hi all, I think the initiative is moving, helpful, joyful and must be supported. I would love to be part of the team. What we can do from our homes is be more like them: listen to the needs of people. More heart and brain collaboration.

Ric

Hi Jeremy,

Sorry, you've got a good point!

I was just trying to clarify (and I didn't do it too well) that our emphasis is on theatre workshops as opposed to counseling.

Sorry about that.

Best, Peta.
