This is a pretty interesting video. Both of the women seem like they have a lot of success in front of them. I wish them both luck.
I did find it interesting that they both had some sort of non-standard English accent. I wonder where they studied.

They are speaking English,,,the language that is spoken in England.
The wine producer, when she says started, properly, most, market, care... has a slight 英国腔。
