The headline of today's Beijing Youth Daily announces a regulation intended to crack down on illegal securities brokerages promulgated by the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security and the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The front page picture shows a Beijing company that offers customers baby sitters and housekeepers who are university graduates and even post graduates for hire as housekeepers and babysitters. After an investigation, the Youth Daily reporter found that most of the university-educated employees said they had joined the company to get part time teaching jobs and did not know that they were being used to generate interest in the company's housekeeping services.
