Front Page of the Day is a daily review of the news on the front page of one Chinese newspaper. Today's page comes from the paper's website. The headline of today's Shenyang Evening News announces that tuition at all high schools in Liaoning Province will be a maximum of 800 yuan per year. After certain approval by the provincial government, this standard will be applied when the new school years starts in September.The front page picture shows the dress rehearsal of the Olympic one year countdown ceremony, to be held in Tiananmen Square tonight. Shenyang is a branch match city that will host some of the Olympic football matches. The photo inset shows Shenyang's just-completed Olympic stadium.
