Pan Shiyi (潘石屹) and Zhang Xin(张欣) are the husband and wife team who control SOHO China, a real estate development company that has been pushing the architectural envelope in Beijing by hiring high-profile foreign architects to design their apartment buildings.

Pan Shiyi is also a tireless self-promoter. So it's natural that he should have a Pan Shiyi blog (Chinese only), hosted on a website called Sohoxiaobao, or Soho Small Newsletter.
