Qingdao sex change unrelated to missing penis

It's been a tabloid kind of day. First Sohu reports on on a successful sex change operation performed in Qingdao on Chongqing native Lili. The story is here, complete with a photo of Lili putting on make up in her hotel bed. Lili apparently wants to become 'China's Harisu'. Harisu is a former Korean boy who is now a successful model and actress and looks like this:

The photo was stolen from Sohu's large collection of Harisu images here. Judging by the watermark. Sohu probably stole the image from the occasionally racy Sichuan Online, whose English page is here.

So what's the second tabloid story? Well, there's been a blurb and link on Sohu's front page for two days running with the headline 'Who cut off Li Wenxian's penis?' It's a rather inconclusive article about a man who was arrested and emerged from jail slightly insane and missing a part of his pecker. The story is here.
