Beijing: Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business Seeks a Program Manager

The program manager is a member of the International Department that is fast paced and friendly, with every team member possessing a strong sense of commitment, ownership and a genuine desire to go above and beyond the call of duty. The new team member must be hard-working and has the ability of multi-tasking.

Main responsibilities

include working independently or with other team members to:

1. Undertake and manage a wide range of research and all necessary activities to assure the success of partnerships and international relations of CKGSB;
2. Proactively manage the marketing, implementation and administration of programs and activities according to established procedures and rules;
3. Provide high level English language written analysis and advice relating to current and emerging topics related to international business and doing business in China that are targeted to create and develop new international programs;
4. Monitor and evaluate progress of programs and activities under direct area of responsibility to ensure the delivery objectives and budget compliance are met;
5. Achieve and maintain a high level of effective and efficient communication and ensure sound team work outcomes within area of responsibility and between international department and other internal stakeholders, as well as between CKGSB and external players.

Selection criteria:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both in oral presentations and in writing;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above from a well-established university; overseas experience preferred;
3. 7 years or more of relevant professional experience;
4. High level of professional ethics and integrity; high sense of responsibility, dedication and team spirit;.
5. Optimistic, self-motivated and ability to take initiatives; hard-worker and ability of multi-tasking;
6. Demonstrated tenacity, flexibility, rapidly, and reliably achieve goals under pressure; has a track record of achieving results;
7. Chinese native only.
