China Media Monitor Intelligence (CMM-I), is China’s leading market research firm focused on the television, film and print industries is seeking candidates for the following full time position:

Position: Project Manager

Job Description:

The Project Manager is in charge of planning the scope, schedule, cost, quality and delivery of projects on behalf of CMM-I research and consulting clients. CMM-I research and consulting clients are typically foreign media organizations. The projects involve managing projects on behalf of CMM-I international consulting clients, which are typically European and American media companies.

The Project Manager is also responsible for liaising between potential local partners and CMM-I clients insuring a smooth flow of communication between the two parties.

Job Duties:

* Responsible for managing all aspects of project process from planning, inputs, communications and deliverables;
* Responsible for putting together internal project teams within CMM-I for each project;
* Responsible for liaising between local partners and CMM-I clients insuring a smooth flow of communication between the parties;
* Additional duties as necessary;

Job Requirements:
* University graduate;
* Minimum three years’ relevant work experience preferably in media consulting sector;
* Understanding of China’s media sectors, especially the broadcasting industry;
* Good relations and understanding of relevant government organizations involved in media sector;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Excellent English skills;
* Pro-active. Ability to work without supervision when necessary;
* Team player – enjoys working with others;
* Good motivator and organizer;
* Negotiation and troubleshooting skills;
* Attention to detail;
* Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines;
* Pro-active problem solving ability;
