 Any news about the 2008 Olympics is popular in Beijing newspapers. Yesterday, Qiang Wei, the Beijing's Deputy Party Secretary gave details of its Olympic security scheme, which will play an over-arching role in preparations for the sports gathering. The whole plan involves the participation of almost all the security organizations around the city. The pictured front page is from The Beijing News, features a pictures captioned "the peasant worker asks for salary by enduring torments of hunger ". |
