The thunder rolls and lightning crackles as a man on the building says to the crowd, "Housing prices will definitely decline in the second half of the year!"
From today's Southern Weekly comes this political cartoon illustrating the paper's front-page story on housing prices.

The cartoonist is a fifth-grade student named Zhang Xiaozhen (章小针), who illustrated the theme "After the spring rains." Click for an enlargement of both panels.
