An especially unfriendly noticePosted by Joel Martinsen, November 17, 2008 2:39 PM
Two hundred residents of the Xinxin Garden community in Urumqi, Xinjiang, found this noticed taped to their doors ten days ago:
The inhabitants of the neighborhood are understandably upset by this development, according to an iYaxin report that quotes someone from building management: "The entire community is apprehensive, especially the more than 200 households in buildings 3 and 4. They're staying at home night and day because they're afraid that someone take their apartment by force when they're not at home." A developer dispute apparently lies behind the threat. Xinxin Garden was built in 2001 by two property developers who later had a falling out. Links and Sources

Paper, printing, the compass and gunpowder 49.3% know all four, 37.3% get one or more wrong, 13.3% don't know at all (2004.06.12) + The horrors of SMS messaging (2007.09): Naraka 19 (地狱第19层), based on the Cai Jun (蔡骏) novel, gets neutered by SARFT. + China's illegal yellow press (2005.05): On the left is the front page of 'Military News', a newspaper without masthead, contact phone number or any kind of publication licence (required by Chinese law). The paper was purchased on the Beijing subway for two yuan, which is relatively expensive, as most of the city's daily newspapers cost only half a yuan.

Are you sure this photo is authentic? There is clear pixelation around the characters, and it looks to be photoshoped. Perhaps the real story here is why this online media outlet would post this story without more closely vetting its sources.
source is everywhere, just google “否则杀你全家”,there are more photos, for example: link
