Comments on China's first official gay student group
Gay student groups are somewhat corny, and I suspect the Chinese versions will be even more so. Without languishing under opression, homosexuality fast loses all of its romance and excitement. Did it have these traits before in China - when it was still shameful? It certainly did in the West.
That's such wonderful news. Change comes slowly, but it does happen.
