CIC data is a Shangai-based company that offers blog and BBS monitoring services to corporate clients. They have just launched a rather novel recruitment strategy to hire programmers and research analysts:
Here’s the deal: if you refer someone to CIC data, and we hire them and they stay with us at least six months, then we will pay you some cool, hard cash. It’s that simple.
We will pay you based on the monthly salary of each person you recommend. We are hiring from very junior to very senior positions, so the range is quite wide. If you refer yourself, then you can get the cash after 6 months. If you would rather donate to charity, then we can do that as well.
